9. How to track your package?
You can track your order in www.dhl.com if your shipping method is DHL.
You can track your package in www.17track.net if your shipping method is ePacket,Netherland post or Sweden post.
Track your package in www.17track.net and choose 4px as carrier if your shipping method is Royal Mail (Carrier 4px).
If your shipping method is Register Air Mail, track information will delay a week.
Such as Netherlands Post will show track infromation only after the package arrived Netherlands.
10. How to make the parcel arrive a little earlier?
If the shipping method you chosed is Register Air Mail, you'd better contact local post office when the parcel arrived in your area. Go to post office to get it by yourself can solve Parcel delivery delay.
11. Why I can not make the payment?
If you have made one payment via your credit card, you will not make another payment the same day. You can try to make payment the next day.
12. How to deal with Aguardando confirmação de pagamento if you are from Brazil?
Brazil Post temporarily announced that it will charge an operating fee of 15 riyals (US$3.50) per order for all international parcels on August 27 2018. This fee is paid by the buyer on the Pakistani postal web system. After the payment is successful, the Brazilian post can deliver the parcel. The initial buyer has a 30-day payment period. If the overdue payment is not paid, the parcel will be returned.
